Collection of your Personal Information
Crowd’s Feed may collect personally identifiable information such as your name. If you purchase Crowd’s Feed’ products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. Crowd’s Feed may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age, gender, household income, political affiliation, race and religion. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Information about your computer and mobile device hardware and software may be automatically collected by Crowd’s Feed. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring App addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Crowd’s Feed App.
Crowd’s Feed keeps track of non-personally identifiable information such as the IP address of the User’s computer, time of access, browser type and files downloaded to gather usage statistics for its web site. IP addresses are not associated with other information about a user, but only indicate general visitor navigation patterns. Crowd’s Feed App has embedded tags that allow some third party entities such as Quantcast, Google Analytics, and/or similar services to collect non-personally identifiable usage statistics.
Data in our Logs. When you use Crowd’s Feed or go to a webpage or use an app that has Crowd’s Feed features (like our “Share It” button), our system automatically records that information (“data in our logs”) including information that your internet browser sends whenever you search a App or your mobile application sends when you’re using it going to and from different applications. The data in our logs may also include your IP address, the address of the most recent web pages you’ve visited that had Crowd’s Feed features, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, how you used Crowd’s Feed, and cookie data.
Crowd’s Feed encourages you to review the privacy statements of the Apps you choose to link to from Crowd’s Feed is not responsible for the privacy statements of other content on Apps outside of the Crowd’s Feed App.
Submission and Processing of Information
When you subscribe or sign up to the App, Crowd’s Feed may ask you for certain personally identifiable information. This personally identifiable information may include information that can be used to identify or contact you, such as your name and email address. You must agree to the Terms of Service of this App before making any comments or leaving any reviews on any posting.
Use of your Personal Information
Crowd’s Feed collects and uses your personal information to operate its App(s) and deliver the services you have requested.
Crowd’s Feed may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services from Crowd’s Feed and its affiliates, Crowd’s Feed may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
Crowd’s Feed does not sell, rent, lease its customer lists to third parties.
Crowd’s Feed may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services Crowd’s Feed, and they are required to maintain confidentiality of your information.
Crowd’s Feed may keep track of the Apps and pages our users visit within Crowd’s Feed, in order to determine what Crowd’s Feed services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Crowd’s Feed to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in particular subject area.
Crowd’s Feed will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conformed to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Crowd’s Feed or the App; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Crowd’s Feed; and (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Crowd’s Feed, or the public.
The Crowd’s Feed App may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or to deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and only be read by a web server in the domain that used the cookie to you.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize Crowd’s Feed pages, or register with Crowd’s Feed site or services, or cookie helps Crowd’s Feed to recall your specific information on subsequent visits, this simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same Crowd’s Feed App, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the Crowd’s Feed features that you customized.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Crowd’s Feed services or Apps you visit.
Third Party Apps
The App may contain links to other Apps. Crowd’s Feed is not responsible for the privacy practices of such Apps. It is the User's responsibility to review the privacy policies at those Apps to confirm that they are acceptable prior to use. A link does not constitute an endorsement of the content, viewpoint or accuracy of such Apps.
If you have used the App before, it is possible that Crowd’s Feed has data about you already and it is being used to contact you about offers, events, items or related activities. If you are an existing customer, Crowd’s Feed will continue to keep you informed unless you revoke your consent via the procedures set forth below.
If you are a new user, Crowd’s Feed will give you the choice (for example, once you have subscribed or signed up) whether or not you want to receive emails regarding future offers, events and new services or related activities. Crowd’s Feed will not bombard you with emails, but Crowd’s Feed, with your consent, would like to keep you informed of any developments on the App.
If you have consented to receive such information, you may always revoke that consent at any time by deleting your account.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose your Personal Information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries and our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries. We may disclose your Personal Information to third parties if you have consented to such disclosure. In addition, we may disclose or provide access to your Personal Information to third parties without your consent:
if we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your Personal Information to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;
if Crowd’s Feed or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case Personal Information held by it about its customers will, in most instances, be one of the transferred assets;
if we ask a third party to carry out data analysis, cleansing and/or market research on our behalf;
for the purpose of validating the identity of the user and/or conducting background checks; or
if we have a good faith belief that we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation (such as in connection with a law enforcement request, judicial proceeding, court order or legal process), or in order to enforce or apply our policy or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Crowd’s Feed, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Children's Online Privacy
It is important to Crowd’s Feed that parents and guardians have control over what information is collected from their children online and how such information is or may be used. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA") imposes restrictions on commercial Apps, including ours. It is our policy to be compliant with the requirements of COPPA and not to solicit or collect information about or from children age 13 and under.
Beyond the requirements of COPPA, we require that individuals be age 18 or over to register as a member of the Service and thus it is our policy not to solicit or collect information about or from anyone under the age of 18. Users are cautioned, however, that absent a clear indication an online communication has been submitted by a person under age 18, the collection of Personal Information submitted to the App will be treated as though it was submitted by an adult, and may, unless exempted from access by federal or state law, be subject to public access.
In the event that Crowd’s Feed receives an online communication clearly indicating that it has been submitted by a person under the age of 18, under no circumstances will any Personal Information be published on the App, be used for a purpose not intended by its sender or shared with third parties.
Therefore, Crowd’s Feed makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or suitability of the information provided on this App, and denies any expressed or implied warranty as to the same. Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site and App. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer or mobile device and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site or App, such as the operating system and the Internet service provider’s utilized and other similar information.

Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business, the Site and App or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.
Third party Advertising App
Users may find advertising or other content on our Site or App that link to the sites or Apps and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites or Apps and are not responsible for the practices employed by Apps linked to or from our Site or App. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing.
These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other App, including Apps which have a link to our Site or App, is subject to that App’s own terms and policies.
Ads appearing on our Site or App may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile non personal identification information about you or others who use your computer.
If we ever send you information by email concerning new products, services or information that you did not expressly request, we will provide you with an email address by which you may request no further notices.
Compliance with children’s online privacy protection act
Crowd’s Feed understands Google along with all other web browsers must adhere to any and all laws, of any and all States with the United States and abroad when anyone under the age of 18 years old is involved. Crowd’s Feed is law compliant. Crowd’s Feed does not hire children to perform any work on this web property or for the company itself. Children are not allowed to peruse, join, read, write or co-join this App.
Children is defined as a person under the age of 18 years age, no matter if they are emancipated or not, or they are the ward of court jurisdictions. Children are not allowed to contract, therefore, may not purchase services and or products from Crowd’s Feed.
Your acceptance of these terms
By using this App, you signify your acceptance of this policy and Terms of Service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
